近日，DUSA举行2026年度会员大会（AGM）。金春卿律师作为DUSA的长期会员及法律顾问，与其年轻同事一同出席并见证了本次年会。

Recently, DUSA held its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). As DUSA’s long-standing member and Legal Counsel, Lawyer Jin attended and witnessed the AGM together with his younger colleagues.

在见证发言中，金律师指出，一场成功的AGM，不仅应当具备规范、严谨的程序安排，也应当体现开放、充分的交流氛围。本次年会将正式会议与轻松社交有机结合，既系统回顾了DUSA过去一年的工作成果，也为会员之间的互动交流提供了良好平台，较为充分地体现了问责、透明和参与的治理理念。

In his witnessing remarks, Lawyer Jin noted that a successful AGM should not only feature well-structured and rigorous procedures, but also foster an open atmosphere for full and meaningful exchange. This year’s AGM effectively combined the formal meeting with relaxed social interaction. It not only provided a systematic review of DUSA’s achievements over the past year, but also created a valuable platform for communication among members, thereby reflecting, to a considerable extent, the governance principles of accountability, transparency, and participation.

金律师还特别注意到，除传统品牌活动外，DUSA近年来也在持续拓展活动内容和交流维度。尤其是会员的年轻员工们参与推动的人工智能等新议题活动，给人留下了深刻印象。这也反映出，DUSA不仅是一个商务交流平台，也正逐步发展成为连接会员、吸引青年人才的重要载体。

Lawyer Jin also particularly noted that, in addition to traditional signature events, DUSA has in recent years continued to expand both the content of its activities and the scope of its exchanges. In particular, the events on emerging topics such as artificial intelligence, which were driven forward by the younger employees of member companies, were especially impressive.This also shows that DUSA is not only a business networking platform, but is also gradually developing into an important vehicle for connecting members and attracting young talent.

过去多年来，金春卿律师和毛金奇律师一直在为DUSA提供义务的法律服务。其中，毛金奇律师还曾通过诉讼，成功协助DUSA的重要产品品牌Oktoberfest夺回商标专用权。与此同时，金春卿律师亦长期坚持个人赞助DUSA啤酒节。

For many years, Lawyer Winston Jin and Lawyer Rafael Mao have been providing pro bono legal services to DUSA. Among them, Lawyer Rafael Mao successfully helped DUSA recover the exclusive trademark rights to its important product brand, Oktoberfest, through litigation. Meanwhile, Lawyer Winston Jin has also consistently provided personal sponsorship for the DUSA Oktoberfest over the years.
